A very exciting and different project we did for our local SUP and surf board brand Indiana. We hiked up a mountain pass to take photos of the boards during sunrise out on a glacier lake. Besides the photos, we also shot a short video about the experience.
Our home. Our playground.
Photos from an early morning hike in the southern part of the Canton of Glarus. I’ve always been fascinated by the rugged landscapes of the alps and the colours in the early morning hours.
We waited at the rental car check-in for more than one hour. Once it was our tour, I told the lovely lady working there that we wanted “el coche más grande”. This is what we got.
The first photo was used by Jeep España for their social media campaign “Explora nuevos horizontes”.
Pictures I took during our last trip to Fuerteventura (Canary Islands) for the Instagram competition of Swiss airline Edelweiss Air. Photo Nr 3 was the winning picture in September. All of the pictures are on display in various location at Zurich airport.
Indian Summer is one of the most colourful seasons in the mountains. We took advantage of the warm day and went to Braunwald in the Canton of Glarus to complete a via ferrata and take photos of the breathtaking landscapes.
What do you do when asked to take photos of a private garden concert by Swiss artist Seven for RedBull (the next day)? You accept of course.
Be it summer of fall, surfing on a lake surrounded by mountains is always an experience. However, standing on the tiny platform on the back of the boat to take awesome photos can be stressful. That’s why we take turns and everybody get’s to surf for a while. Sharing is caring. The winter photo was used as social media advertising for the tourism region Heidiland Tourismus.
Once again, our local surfboard company Indiana Paddle & Surf helped us out on very short notice and gave us two of their boards for our trip to Costa Rica. In return, we took a couple of photos of their amazingly designed surfboards. Too bad only the fish see the beautiful design on the bottom of the board.
Memories from a lovely camping trip in the Glarus Alps with friends.
A very spontaneous sunrise mission on which the primary goal was to record a timelapse, resulted in these photos. The half-frozen lake can only be found in this state during a couple of days in spring.
Picture from an early summer night camping in Eastern Switzerland. On nights like these, a tent with a see-through roof is an absolute must.
When you planned on going for a quick walk in the mountains and you end up shooting a couple of very brave people balancing on a slackline over a 500 meter cliff, you know your Sunday has been going well.
Another very lucky encounter in Amden. I actually met them at the exact same place a year before. Good thing I always bring my camera.
